This Bachelor´s thesis solves a project of family house for one generation. Object has two floors and basement. The second floor is realised as an attic. Garage is a part of a house. Supporting parts of construction are made of POROTHERM system. The saddle roof is created with concrete tiles KMB Hodonka. Object is insulated by ETICS system. The building is situated in Letohrad. Surrounding terrain is flat. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details.

Implementation of Building Construction Phase - Extension of Apartment Building in Luhačovice

The subject of bachelor thesis is a realization of extension of the apartment building. This apartment building is located in Luhačovice. The thesis deals with the solution to technological processes of roof trust´s realization with several dormers and roof windows. The thesis also deals with realization of roofing and plumbing work. This thesis contains engeneering report, site equipment, technological regulations, machine set, time schedule of work, budget, control and test plans, construction schemes of roofing.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is realization of project documentation for new apartment building. The main aim is development of apartment building in Čejkovice, which will house four family with children. There are four maisonette flats, two of the have 5+KK disposition, garage and shared technical room. Two apartments are 4+KK, garage and shared technical room. The Building is designed as masoned with ceramic bricks HELUZ, based on the concrete strip foundation. Roof is designed as a roof truss made from collar beam system. Clay tile roofing Wienerberger is used as roof covering while the roof itself is pithched at 35°. The Ceiling above 1NP is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slab 250mm thick. Staircase that leads to 2NP is designed as a wooden with wooden steps.

The content of this thesis is technical report, adressing of problematics of material transportation, technological regulations on performer works, technological report of construction site equipment, design of machinge assemblies, inspection plans, test plans, safety solutions, time schedule, itemized budget and also construction execution diagram and construction site equipment diagram.
